Before the sun paints the sky pink and gold, the bush is stirring, and so are you. This is the feeling of Nzumba: pristine wilderness waiting just beyond your chalet door.
Your safari days are framed by two dedicated game drives in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. The morning drive begins around 05:30 (seasonal times may differ), when nocturnal animals retreat and diurnal species wake. The afternoon drive, beginning mid-to-late afternoon, lasts until after sunset, using a spotlight to reveal the fascinating wildlife that prowls after dark.
Led by your expert guide and tracker, you will often have unique sightings to yourself, allowing for quiet, unhurried moments that truly connect you to the wild. Mid-drive, you will stop for a bush coffee break and end with a sunset sundowner overlooking the iconic African landscape.
